Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Emitra - AR IT Solution. We strive to provide the best digital and printing services. However, due to the nature of our products (Digital Downloads & Custom Prints), we have a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.


2. Digital Products (Software, Forms, Apps)

Status: Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

Since digital products (Software, PDF Forms, Android Apps, Source Codes) are downloadable and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns once the order is confirmed and the download link is generated.

  • Please check the software description, screenshots, and compatibility before purchasing.
  • If a download link is broken, please contact support, and we will provide a new link immediately.

3. Physical & Custom Products

This category includes Photo Prints, PVC Cards, Mobile Skins, and Custom Stickers.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Same Day Cancellation: If you cancel your order on the same day of placing it (before 11:59 PM), you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund.
  • After Same Day (Next Day Onwards): If you cancel the order after the first day, only 50% Refund will be issued.
    (Reason: We start processing materials and printing custom items the next day, which cannot be reused.)
  • After Dispatch/Delivery: Once the item is printed and dispatched, No Refund / No Cancellation is allowed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a physically damaged product (e.g., Broken PVC Card, Torn Photo) or a printing error from our side:

  1. You must send us an Unboxing Video/Photo within 24 Hours of delivery.
  2. Upon verification, we will send a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment source (PayU, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).

  • Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days.
  • Bank Credit Time: 5-7 Business Days (depending on your bank).
